Cancellation Policy

Eindiawholesale.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the order has been dispatched / shipped at our end.
  • There will not be any cancellation if the order has been dispatched / shipped.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Eindiawholesale.com marketing team has obtained for special Festival occasions. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Return & Refund Policy

We follow a strict 3 day return policy. There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product. We only accept return requests for products with manufacturing defects. Other than the manufacturing defect no other condition shall be considered for return request, as the margins at which we work is minimal so as to provide the customers best possible price.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

Conditions for Return & Refund:

  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 72 hours of delivery.
  • Kindly send us the images of the damaged products via Whatsapp or email.
  • Customer has to return the product on his own and share us the tracking details of the courier.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  • Refund will be processed only in the form of Store Credit which can be used with your next order. We will process the store credits only after receipt of the products.
